Our idea

H.T.C. was born from an idea and an initiative that started in 2004.

We were convinced, and we are even more so today, that our companies have only one way forward, which is represented by raising the quality of the workmanship and products made, accompanied by a high qualification of human resources. With this in mind, the goal was to create new opportunities to lead the fabric of precision engineering companies into more competitive areas and more responsive to the complex dynamics of the market.

From this derives a strategy based on the activation of a territorial pool of companies, organized as a network, equipped with high technologies and high specialized skills, able to offer a mix of products and services sufficiently broad and able to determine the conditions to initiate and nurture a virtuous circuit of relationships that supports innovation (process and product) and the constant improvement of competitiveness.

An “area of excellence”, therefore, which, based on technology, skills, relationships, synergies, is able to push on innovation processes and directly attract orders from large producers and large users.

On the basis of the shared strategy, HTC SpA – High Technology Center – was set up and equipped itself with new high-tech systems for unconventional processing:

  • Electron Beam Welding
  • Plasma & HVOF Coating
  • Heat Treatments & Brazing.

In this scenario, HTC has obtained, over time, the recognition of high skills and a strong focus on technological and process innovation necessary to meet the demands of increasingly demanding customers.
